Lake Granbury Marina is the family-owned Lake Granbury destination complete with our clothing and gift shop, Granbury dessert shop, and the iconic Stumpy’s Lakeside Grill. Boaters arrive from all over the Dallas and Fort Worth region to rent a pontoon boat for the day, eat a delicious meal at Stumpy’s, or make our shoreline their boat’s home for the season. Lake Granbury Marina is conveniently located 1.3 miles south of Highway 377 on Highway 144, the Glen Rose Highway.
Lake Granbury Marina was voted “Small Marina of the Year” by the Marina Association of Texas in 2025. We welcome you to the Lake Granbury gathering place for families, boaters, and new friends.

Lake Granbury Slip Rentals
Long-term storage and transient slips
Our range of slip rental options is ready to accommodate the boater who needs a long-term storage alcove or to provide an overnight home base for the party down from Dallas/Fort Worth for a weekend excursion.
Lake Granbury Marina is home to 121 total wet slips. 103 of our slips include a boat lift and our docks provide shelter for a wide range of vessel sizes. We have two available transient slips in our boathouse ready to keep your boat safe for the night.

Pontoons, tritoons, Sea-Doos, and Tubes
Enjoy a sun-sparkled cruise as your friends swirl behind on inner tubes. Feel the choppy excitement as you surge into the misted spray. Your day in the sun is driven by one of our pontoon, tritoon, or Sea-Doo Lake Granbury rentals.
Lake Granbury Marina offers four tritoons, four pontoons, and two Sea-Doo personal watercraft for your enjoyment. Inner tubes are available at a full-day rate of $20 per day.

Stumpy’s Lakeside Grill
The sun shimmers against the cool blues blended in the mural that decorates Stumpy’s wall. On the shorefront patio, ice flecks sparkle on a house margarita that sits next to a St. Arnold’s Summer Pils that drips with condensation. The picnic tables are full. Families and party floats come off the water for hot food with a cold drink and an atmosphere that’s its own brand of big-hearted ambiance.
When you come off the water, you’ll smell hot lake food, hear gleeful children as they throw French fries to the carp, and be welcomed into an atmosphere that is ready to elevate your day with delicious food and a palpable sense of lakeside comfort. Stumpy’s is Lake Granbury’s iconic spot–the place where the locals go to eat.

Lake Granbury Marina offers the services of a traditional marina with the shopping and dining comforts of an entirely unique shoreline destination. This is the place where you can fuel your boat and five minutes later, find your dad his new favorite Huk sweatshirt.
Once you’ve fueled up at Stumpy’s Lakeside Grill, our attendant can fuel up your boat at our floating fuel dock. Those who aren’t ready to get on the water can take advantage of the heated patio where you can enjoy a drink or feed the fish. Or maybe you just want to shop.
Adjacent to Stumpy’s Lakeside Grill is Stumpy’s Closet, our boutique, year-round gift and clothing sea store. Stumpy’s Closet is home to top-brand sportswear like Under Armour, comfort shoes like REEF and Olukai flip-flops, and gifts for your friends and loved ones. We include fishing and boating necessities like O’Brien life jackets, tubes, anchors, kneeboards, and Paradise Pad inflatable water pads. Within the Stumpy’s shopping experience is Stumpy’s Sweet Shack, a decadent Granbury dessert destination serving fresh-baked cupcakes and delicious Blue Bell ice cream.
