About Lake Granbury Marina
Lake Granbury Marina
It is early 2009. Lake Granbury angler John Meche is about three months away from catching a Lake Granbury record 1.88-pound goldfish on crappie nibbles. Willie Nelson has just completed a touring year with two dozen shows in Texas this year, including a stop at Billy Bob’s Texas in Fort Worth.
In Lake Granbury, a different kind of history is made.
Lake Granbury Marina is open for business.
For the past 15 years, we have been a shoreline landmark of North Texas. Families come out of Fort Worth to ride out in our pontoon boats. College students come from Dallas to rent a tritoon and tubes and float the lake. Some come for the hot food and cold beer.
When it comes down to it, the “why you’re here” isn’t the most important thing. You’re all welcome.
Rowdy and the rest of the team at Lake Granbury Marina work together to foster this warm environment. Whether you find yourself feeding fat carp with French fries from the heated patio or hurrying down the dock with your new inflatable paddleboard, you’ll find a common vibe here:
Lake Granbury Marina’s bright cove is a foundation of the Lake Granbury community.
